Cindy is a dual-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, certified by the ANCC and licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky.

She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from the University of Cincinnati and completed her post-master's in psychiatric and mental health nursing at Rivier University.

Over more than 20 years, Cindy has worked in inpatient and outpatient mental health, clinic and urgent care settings. Her scope of practice covers patients of all ages.

Tracey Nearon

Tracey is a certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, certified by the ANCC and licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky.

She holds an associate degree from the University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters College, a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and a master's degree from Northern Kentucky University.

Tracey brings more than 15 years of experience across residential, inpatient acute care and outpatient settings. Her scope of practice covers patients of all ages.

Mark Switzer

LCSW, LISW

Mark is a licensed independent social worker with more than 25 years of experience working with children, families and adults in Ohio and Kentucky.

He is certified in Crisis Management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Choice Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care and EMDR, and draws on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) concepts in his work.

Mark has worked in residential facilities, child services, juvenile detention centers and counseling agencies. He is also an outpatient clinician at Children's Hospital Medical Center, where his focus includes trauma-informed care, ADHD and CBT/DBT techniques.

She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Morehead State University and her master's degree from Northern Kentucky University.

Her 14+ years of nursing include emergency medicine, intensive care and geriatric psychiatric care. Seeing the mental toll of physical trauma first drew her to mental health. As the parent of a special-needs child, she is passionate about empowering patients of every age.
